OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

The Prema Clean Magic Kingdom Ticket Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by JD Righteous LLC, doing business as Prema Clean (“Sponsor”), located at:

This Giveaway is independently sponsored and administered by Prema Clean.

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., The Walt Disney Company, Disney Enterprises, Inc., or Walt Disney World Resort.

Disney and Magic Kingdom are trademarks belonging to their respective owner(s). Their names are used only to identify the prize.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Kentucky who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Owners, employees, contractors, and agents of JD Righteous LLC/Prema Clean, along with members of their immediate households, are not eligible to win.

By entering, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins:

[9-19-2026] at [6:00PM] Eastern Time

and ends:

[4-12-2027] at [6:00PM] Eastern Time

All entries must be received during the Giveaway Period.

Sponsor’s records will be the official timekeeping method for the Giveaway.

4. Maximum Number of Entries

Each eligible person may receive a maximum of twelve (12) entries total, regardless of the method or combination of methods used to enter.

Once an entrant reaches twelve (12) valid entries, no additional entries will be awarded.

A purchase does not allow an entrant to exceed the same twelve-entry maximum available without making a purchase.

5. Facebook Entry — No Purchase Required

An eligible entrant may receive one (1) entry by completing all of the following during the Giveaway Period:

• Like the official Prema Clean Giveaway post;

• Comment on the official Prema Clean Giveaway post; and

• Follow the official Prema Clean Facebook page.

Only interactions with the original official Giveaway post published by Prema Clean will qualify.

Sharing the Giveaway post is appreciated but is NOT required to enter and does not provide an additional entry.

Limit: One (1) Facebook entry per eligible person.

6. Free Alternative Method of Entry — No Purchase Required

Anyone who meets the eligibility requirements may earn entries without purchasing a cleaning service.

To enter using the Free Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”), visit:

and complete the official Free Giveaway Entry Form.

Free-entry submissions will receive entries according to the following schedule:

Free submissions 1 through 4: Two (2) entries per valid submission.

Beginning with free submission 5: Three (3) entries per valid submission.

All entries remain subject to the twelve (12) total-entry maximum per person.

There is no purchase requirement to use the free-entry method, and eligible entrants may use the free-entry method during the same Giveaway Period as customers receiving entries from qualifying cleaning services.

A person may submit enough valid free-entry submissions during the Giveaway Period to reach the same maximum of twelve (12) entries available under any other entry method.

Duplicate submissions exceeding the maximum will not receive additional entries.

7. Cleaning Service Entries

Making a purchase is not required to enter or win.

Customers who choose to purchase qualifying Prema Clean services during the Giveaway Period may receive entries as follows:

First four qualifying completed cleaning services: Two (2) entries per cleaning service.

Beginning with the fifth qualifying completed cleaning service: Three (3) entries per cleaning service.

All entries remain subject to the same twelve (12) total-entry maximum per person.

A “qualifying completed cleaning service” means a cleaning service that is:

• Scheduled with Prema Clean;

• Actually performed during the Giveaway Period; and

• Paid for according to Prema Clean’s normal payment terms.

Canceled appointments, refunded services, chargebacks, unpaid invoices, fraudulent transactions, or appointments that are not completed do not qualify.

Purchasing a cleaning service does not provide access to more total entries than are available through the free method of entry.

8. Combining Entry Methods

Entrants may use more than one authorized method of entry.

For example, an entrant may receive a Facebook entry and also receive entries through the free-entry form or qualifying cleaning services.

However, under no circumstances may any individual receive more than twelve (12) total entries.

If Sponsor receives more than twelve entries attributable to the same person, only twelve will be included in the drawing.

9. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

Two (2) one-day admission tickets to Magic Kingdom Park at Walt Disney World Resort.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”):

Approximately $238 total.

Because theme-park ticket prices may vary by date, the actual retail value of the prize may vary.

The prize includes park admission only unless Sponsor expressly states otherwise.

The prize does not include airfare, transportation, lodging, meals, parking, souvenirs, travel insurance, or other expenses associated with visiting Walt Disney World Resort.

The winner is responsible for complying with all applicable Disney ticket terms, reservation requirements, park policies, expiration dates, and other restrictions.

No cash substitution will be provided except at Sponsor’s discretion if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control make the advertised prize unavailable.

10. Winner Selection

After the Giveaway Period ends, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received.

The drawing is expected to occur on or about:

[4-1-2027 at 6:00PM Easter Time]

Each valid entry will have an equal chance of being selected.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

11. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the contact information available to Sponsor and/or through the entrant’s Facebook account.

Prema Clean will also announce the winner through its official Facebook page after eligibility has been confirmed.

Prema Clean will never require a winner to pay a fee, send money, purchase a gift card, provide online banking credentials, or make a purchase in order to claim the prize.

The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of Sponsor’s initial notification.

If the potential winner:

• Does not respond within 48 hours;

• Cannot be contacted;

• Is determined to be ineligible;

• Has violated these Official Rules; or

• Declines the prize,

Sponsor may select an alternate winner through another random drawing.

12. Verification of Winner

Before receiving the prize, Sponsor may require the potential winner to provide reasonable proof of:

• Name;

• Age;

• Kentucky residency; and

• Identity.

Sponsor may also require the winner to sign an eligibility confirmation, prize acknowledgment, or liability/publicity release where permitted by law.

No Social Security number or banking information will be required simply to claim the prize, except to the extent legitimately required by applicable tax law.

13. Prize Taxes

The winner is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes that may result from accepting the prize.

Sponsor does not provide tax advice.

14. Entry Restrictions

Automated entries, bots, fake accounts, duplicate identities, fraudulent submissions, tampering, or attempts to circumvent the twelve-entry limit are prohibited.

Each person may participate using only their own identity.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who reasonably appears to have:

• Manipulated the Giveaway;

• Submitted fraudulent information;

• Used multiple identities or accounts to evade entry limits;

• Interfered with the operation of the Giveaway; or

• Violated these Official Rules.

15. Technical Problems

Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete, misdirected, or not received because of internet outages, website problems, social-media outages, technical failures, or other circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.

If a technical problem materially affects the integrity of the Giveaway, Sponsor may take reasonable steps to correct the issue, extend the Giveaway Period, suspend the Giveaway, or conduct the drawing from eligible entries received before the problem occurred, subject to applicable law.

16. Privacy

Personal information submitted through the Giveaway entry form will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify entries, contact the winner, and maintain records relating to the promotion.

Submitting a Giveaway entry does not automatically constitute consent to receive unrelated marketing messages unless the entrant separately chooses to subscribe to marketing communications.

Sponsor will handle personal information according to Prema Clean’s applicable privacy practices.

17. Public Announcement of Winner

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Sponsor may publicly announce the winner’s first name and last initial, city, and state on Prema Clean’s website and social-media pages, unless prohibited by law.

Any additional use of the winner’s photograph, likeness, or testimonial for advertising purposes will require any consent required by applicable law.

18. Release

To the extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless JD Righteous LLC d/b/a Prema Clean and its owners, employees, representatives, and agents from claims arising directly from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize, except where such release is prohibited by applicable law.

Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., The Walt Disney Company, Disney Enterprises, Inc., and Walt Disney World Resort are not sponsors or administrators of this Giveaway.

19. Sponsor's Decisions

Sponsor’s reasonable decisions concerning eligibility, valid entries, interpretation of these Official Rules, administration of the Giveaway, and winner selection are final, subject to applicable law.

Sponsor may not modify the Giveaway in a way that unlawfully disadvantages entrants who have already entered.

20. Governing Law

The Giveaway and these Official Rules will be governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

After the winner has been verified, the winner may be announced at:
