Prema Clean provides residential and commercial cleaning services.

Prema Clean Bid AI provides AI-assisted estimating, proposal generation, lead management, and contractor workflow software for cleaning contractors, painting contractors, and service-based businesses.

By using our services or platform, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
 

2. Software Platform Use

Prema Clean Bid AI is intended for business and contractor use only.

Users may use the platform to:

  • Generate estimates

  • Upload property and job-site photos

  • Manage leads and customer information

  • Create proposals

  • Organize contractor workflows

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts

  • Upload malicious content or harmful files

  • Reverse engineer or copy the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
 

3. AI-Generated Estimates & Recommendations

Prema Clean Bid AI uses AI-assisted systems to help generate:

  • Estimate drafts

  • Pricing suggestions

  • Proposal content

  • Workflow recommendations

  • Photo analysis insights

AI-generated outputs are provided for informational and operational assistance only.

We do not guarantee:

  • pricing accuracy

  • exact measurements

  • material calculations

  • labor estimates

  • job outcomes

Users are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all estimates, pricing, proposals, and business decisions before providing them to customers.
 

4. Service Requests

Submitting a request through our website, software platform, or by phone does not guarantee a confirmed appointment or accepted estimate.

A team member or contractor user may follow up to confirm scheduling, pricing, and service details.
 

5. Pricing

Cleaning service pricing may vary based on:

  • property size

  • condition

  • location

  • scope of work

  • requested services

    We do NOT give refunds for cleaning, painting, or junk removal services. Client must contact Prema Clean within 24 hours of service to be eligible for a representitive to return to the work site to correct any missed "work" that may have happened the day of service.
     

Software subscription pricing, if applicable, may change at any time with notice provided to users.
 

6. Subscription & Billing

For users of Prema Clean Bid AI:

  • Subscription fees may be billed monthly or annually

  • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

  • Users are responsible for maintaining valid payment information

  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts for failed or overdue payments

Free trials, promotional pricing, or beta access may be modified or discontinued at any time.
 

7. Photo & Content Uploads

Users may upload photos, videos, property details, and estimate-related content to the platform.

By uploading content, you confirm:

  • you own the content or have permission to use it

  • the content does not violate any laws or third-party rights

We may process uploaded content through AI-assisted systems solely to provide platform functionality and improve user experience.
 

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule cleaning appointments by contacting us directly. Reasonable notice is appreciated whenever possible.

Software subscriptions may be canceled at any time prior to the next billing cycle.
 

9. SMS & Communication Consent

By providing your phone number and submitting a request, creating an account, or using our platform, you consent to receive SMS messages and communications related to:

  • appointments

  • estimate notifications

  • proposal reminders

  • account updates

  • service-related follow-ups

Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

We do not send unsolicited marketing messages.
 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prema Clean and Prema Clean Bid AI are not liable for:

  • indirect damages

  • incidental damages

  • lost profits

  • business interruption

  • estimate inaccuracies

  • reliance on AI-generated recommendations

  • data loss

  • platform downtime

All services and software are provided “as is” and “as available.”
 

11. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • provide accurate information

  • maintain account security

  • review all AI-generated estimates and proposals

  • ensure access to scheduled properties

  • communicate special requirements in advance

  • comply with all applicable laws and regulations
     

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, software, graphics, platform features, and intellectual property associated with Prema Clean and Prema Clean Bid AI remain our property unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or exploit platform materials without written permission.
 

13. Privacy

Your use of our services and platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
 

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the website or platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
