Account & Data Deletion – Prema Clean Bid AI

Prema Clean Bid AI allows users to permanently delete their account and associated data at any time.
How to Delete Your Account

Open the Prema Clean Bid AI app.

Sign in to your account.

Tap the account symbol (top right of screen)

Scroll down and select Delete Account.

Confirm your request.
Once confirmed, your account will be permanently deleted.
What Data Is Deleted
When an account is deleted, the following information is removed from our systems:

Account profile information
-
Business information
-
Customer records
-
Estimates and proposals
-
Leads and project information
-
Uploaded business logo and images
-
User preferences and settings
Data That May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained when required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:

Payment and subscription transaction records processed through Stripe

Fraud prevention and security records
-
Information required for tax, accounting, or legal compliance
Retained records are stored only for the period required by applicable laws and regulations.
